Preki\u0173 gr\u0105\u017einimas vykdomas Pardav\u0117jo nustatytu b\u016bdu per 14 (keturiolika) dien\u0173 nuo preki\u0173 gavimo dienos (\u0161is punktas netaikomas tuo atveju, kai prek\u0117 nekokybi\u0161ka \u2013 tokiu atveju vykdomas preki\u0173 gr\u0105\u017einimas per \u012fstatymin\u012f garantin\u012f termin\u0105);
10.3. Tinkamos kokyb\u0117s preki\u0173 gr\u0105\u017einimas ir keitimas vykdomas vadovaujantis Civilinio kodekso 6.22810 straipsnio 1 dalimi;
10.4.
